Firm glandular tissue beneath the nipple-areola complex cannot be removed by liposuction alone. It is excised through a fine incision, often placed along the natural border of the areola to keep scarring inconspicuous.
Many men benefit from a combination of liposuction and excision and, where there is significant excess skin, skin removal to achieve a flat, natural chest contour. Dr Chen plans this individually for each patient.
